Built on quality, defined by legacy

Country View Berhad (CVB) began its journey on 23 November 1981, when the company was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act 1965. Originally established as Country View Realty Sdn. Bhd., the company set out with a vision to deliver quality developments while creating safe and thriving communities.

A key milestone came in 1984 with the acquisition of approximately 1,080 acres of land in the Mukim of Pulai, Johor Bahru. This land later became the foundation of the company’s first major development, Taman Universiti, a mixed housing project that launched its first phase in December 1986 and marked the beginning of Country View’s growth in Johor.

Over the decades, Country View Berhad has played a significant role in shaping communities across the state. To date, the group has delivered more than 12,000 residential and commercial units, together with over 5,000 units of affordable housing, creating homes and opportunities for thousands of families.

Guided by its philosophy of “Building Homes for Generations,” the company remains committed to developing distinctive properties within safe, clean, and green environments, while continuing to contribute to the growth of Johor’s evolving landscape.
