The Group is also in the midst of planning a project sited in the Mukim of Serendah, District of Hulu Selangor. With a land area of approximately 364.8 acres, the land bank is situated along the northeastern portion of Sungai Buaya and merely 5km away from the newly completed Sungai Buaya Interchange which links to the North-South Expressway. Furthermore, there are a number of completed developments such as the Bukit Beruntung Golf & Country Resort, Bukit Sentosa, Bandar Perodua and Taman Mawar within the vicinity.
