The Mega J-Home OSC Programme guided RMMJ buyers with on-site homeownership services.
On 13 June 2025, the Mega J-Home One Stop Centre (OSC) Programme was successfully held at Dewanraya MBIP, Taman Bukit Indah, specially organised by Perbadanan Kemajuan Perumahan Johor (PKPJ) for buyers of Rumah Mampu Milik Johor (RMMJ) at Taman Nusa Sentral Phase 2.
Before the official programme began, each participating housing project—including Country View, SP Setia, EcoWorld, and Scientex—sent a representative to present and brief buyers on their respective project details. This ensured all buyers had a clear understanding of their selected units and the overall development plans.
The event was then officiated by the Menteri Besar of Johor, Dato' Onn Hafiz who delivered a keynote speech, followed by a certificate presentation ceremony for all successful ballot recipients. A group photo session also took place to mark the occasion.
This meaningful initiative brought together essential stakeholders—including bank panels, legal firms, AKPK, PKPJ counters, and other support agencies—providing buyers with convenient, on-the-spot access to homeownership services.
