Historical Background
Country View Berhad (CVB) was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act 1965, on 23 November 1981. We were then a private limited company known as Country View Realty Sdn. Bhd.
Our very first land acquisition began in 1984 when we successfully acquired 1,080.23 acres of land in the Mukim of Pulai, Daerah of Johor Bahru. The land was later developed into a mixed housing project and the first phase was launched in December 1986. Our maiden development was given the name Taman Universiti.
To the present day, Country View Berhad had developed numerous areas within the state of Johor, providing 10,990 units of residential and commercial properties and 5,138 units of affordable houses to the people living in Johor. It is our mission to provide our customers and investors with distinct homes and properties, ensuring that they live in a safe, clean and green environment.

Completion of Proposed Land Disposal on 19 October 2018 for lands located in Mukim of Padang Meha, Daerah Kulim, Kedah.
DEC 2017
On 14 December 2017, Country View Land Sdn Bhd entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement with ECK Property Sdn Bhd for the proposed disposal of lands located in Mukim of Padang Meha, Daerah Kulim, Kedah.
OCT 2017
On 30 October 2017, Country View Resources Sdn Bhd entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement with Bandar Nusajaya Development Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of UEM Sunrise Berhad for a piece of land located in Mukim of Pulai, District of Johor Bahru.
